  1. LES RHODOS GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

    All Bookings

    The Terms and Conditions detailed below apply to all bookings whether made online at 
    www.rhodoshotelmorzine.com or made in person. When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these Terms and Conditions) will be with. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Les Rhodos Hotel 18 Rue du Bourg 74110 Morzine France .Because of our style of property, the bedrooms are not uniform - they vary in size and layout. The Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com may change any aspect of the Site or its content, If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use this Site in any way.


    Payment

    You will be asked for full payment when making your booking, This is non-refundable, payment is by credit card only We accept MasterCard and Visa. We do not charge any credit card fees. The transaction details on your statement will be Rhodos Hotel Morzine



    On arrival at the hotel

    The Rhodos Hotel Morzine requires ‘all’guests to provide a valid credit or debit card on check- in. The hotel willpre-authorise your card for 300 euros per room for any additional charges whichyou may incur during your stay . A ‘pre-authorisation’ is not a charge. Theguests’ issuing bank/credit card company holds the pre-authorised amounttemporarily from the available balance of the card holder’s account for thehotel to use. Pre-authorisation is a common process used by hotels. The way itworks is that a pre-authorisation request is made by the hotel’s card terminalto the card holders’ bank, your bank/credit card company authorises the fundsand sends an authorisation code to the hotel. This confirms the availability ofthe requested funds in the card holder’s account to cover charges in the hotel(Loss of your Security Deposit for the followingreasons: 1.You or your party have not vacated your room by 10.00 am on the dayof departure. 2.You or your party have not handed your key in by 10.00 am onthe day of departure. 3.You or your party have returned to your room and usedthe facilities after 10.00 am. 4.You or your party have lost your room key andwill be charged 25 Euros per key. 5.You or your party have not paid any barand restaurant bills , if any).. 6.You or yourparty have damaged property. the amount taken from the yourcredit/debit card normally takes 5-7 working days to be released back to yourcard by your own issuing bank or credit card company. 


    What happens if you need to cancel or modify your reservation?

    Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  2. If the stay is terminated early by the customer, the full agreed price will be paid. In the case of reservation with prepayment, no refund will be made for this reason.


Taxes and service charges:

10 % VAT is included. € 0.90 City tax per person per night is included. A Property service charge is not applicable

You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account or room

 

Cancellation by Les Rhodos Hotel 

Very occasionally, we may have to cancel your booking. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative accommodation of the same standard, or higher, or offer a full refund. We regret we cannot pay compensation or any reimbursement of any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any such cancellation or change.



Insurance

The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive Travel/Covid insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by Les Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com insurance. Les Rhodos Hotel Morzine.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal or rented equipment or personal injury.


Relocation
In the event that the Rhodos Hotel is not available, or in cases of force majeure, the hotel reserves the possibility of accommodating the customer totally or partially in a hotel of equivalent category for the same type of services. Any additional cost of the room, transport between the two hotels or telephone calls remain the responsibility of the chosen hotel.


Room changes

In some cases it may be necessary to change a room allocation to one of a similar or greater value.


Force Majeure
Les Rhodos Hotel cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your stay) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.



Rates

All rates quoted are per room per night in Euros , are subject to availability and include Tax (VAT) & Services. Special rates quoted cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion .We do not charge not charge any reservation, administration or other fees.
 


Food & Beverage

Breakfast:

Each morning (7.30am to 9:00am) guests will have a French style buffet breakfast.


Evening Meals:

At 7:00 pm our half board guests are served a set 3-course evening meal in our restaurant.
 


Guest Car Parking

Public parking is available close to the Hotel. There is public parking available by the post office (please this car park has a market every Wednesday morning and so parking is not permitted. The police will remove your vehicle from 2 am on wards the night before). 

 

Check In and Check Out

Check in is from 16:00 ,check in time ends at Midnight – 00:00 and check out is by 10am. Customers must vacate their room by 10am on the final day of the reservation. Failing this, an additional night will be charged.
The Rhodos Hotel does not offer a late check out-service, nor can we store any bags or sporting equipment after check-out.


Dog Policy

The Rhodos Hotel do not accept dogs, with the exception of guide dogs which are allowed in all areas of the hotel, including the restaurant.
 


Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the hotel, bar or restaurant and a penalty of 100.00 Euros will be strictly applied if you are caught smoking, or if you are suspected of smoking or having attempted to smoke within the property.
 


Breakage/Damage Policy

A minimum charge of 300euros can be levied to the bill-payer if any guest is found, or suspected, to be guilty of inappropriate behaviour, damaging property or soiling within The Rhodos Hotel. This is at the sole discretion of the management.



WIFI Connectivity

Wi-Fi is available in public areas and is free of charge.


  • Children & Extra Beds
    All children are welcome.
  • There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. We do not supply cots



General

All guests, whether paying or non-paying, are respectfully invited to conduct themselves in a manner befitting the property and values of the Hotel. Any guest found not behaving in a manner commensurate with household culture or the privilege of being within a property of this note will be required to leave, without refund and at the sole discretion of The Rhodos Hotel management.
